Integration Meditation is a space dedicated to guiding people (through coaching, conversation and meditation) to learn how to break free from the mind.

 

We empower people with the tools to become fearless by liberating the mind and clearing out old unwarranted (and unwanted) thought patterns that may be controlling their lives.  While still cultivating love and compassion.

 

Meditation is a powerful tool to completely transform your life. Meditation becomes even more powerful when practiced daily by using the stillness to understand the chaos – this is what we refer to as navigating the mind.

 

We present the framework and the tools to cultivate the deeper layers within your mind. The path to direct experience vs someone else telling you how to think, feel and be.

Liberation in meditation is self-mastery.

Self-mastery is not reaching for perfection. It’s working with your imperfection. You’re already perfect in some sense, where all self-judgement and faults are merely an illusion of projection. Navigating the mind, gives us self-awareness and ability to rediscover our true-self.
